Below is a list of other movement based instructors who offer services out of my studio. Each exists as an independent renter, operating their own business autonomously from one another.

Celeste is a Pilates instructor with 20 years of experience from a small STOTT studio in Kailua, Hawaii, where she taught both Equipment and Matwork at boutique pilates studios focusing on surf and turf training for triathletes or any weekend warrior wanting to improve their endurance. It's the clients during this time that taught her what commitment and devotion to your training looks like, that you can both focus hard and make your muscles quiver while cracking up and that a weekly class can feel like a warm family gathering.
Now in Seattle, but bringing that same personable approach, a very diverse background of movement and a whole lot of aloha to her classes. Celeste loves working a muscle in a very unassuming way and taking a practice that can be perceived as intimidating and nit-picky and keeping it playful.

Hali Erickson

Go from surviving to thriving in your body
Hali Erickson is a Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor with a passion for pain management, body inclusivity, and finding joy in movement. She majored in dance and education at the University of Washington, where she discovered her fascination with anatomy and cultivated her teaching philosophy. In her early twenties Hali started experiencing debilitating chronic pain. After years with no relief, she found Pilates and was amazed by how well it helped her manage her pain and increase her strength without flaring up her symptoms. It allowed her to rediscover her love of movement at a time in her life when many other kinds of fitness were inaccessible to her. Overtime Pilates has helped her gain the freedom of pain-free movement, ease in her everyday life and activities, and a love of helping others achieve the same.
