Private & Duet Sessions
Private and Duet sessions are completely designed around you the client(s). This allows for detailed programming which focuses on your specific goals and caters to your individual needs. One-on-one or duet sessions also allow for more control over the schedule of your sessions.
Additionally, these sessions are also best for:
individuals working with an ability or access need which doesn’t fit well into group training classes
those dealing with injury and/or pain that needs extra attention or modifications
someone in their 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy (as it's not recommended you attend classes that are not pre-natal specific programing)
those who simply struggle with working in a group atmosphere
new students interested in attending group Reformer classes (minimum one Private session is necessary to lean how to safely and effectively use the equipment)
Duets are also great for couples or friends who'd like to be a bit more social during their Pilates session, without risk of interrupting the experience of other students.
