Group Classes

Seed Pilates+ offers Semi-Private Group Classes, which are intentionally kept small - currently allowing up to 4 students for Equipment based classes and 6 students for Mat based classes.

The small class size allows for participants to make personalized choices in relation to each exercise to best suit their preferences, while also allowing the instructor to provide individual guidance and support, all within a group class experience.
