Service Description

Through attention to breath, we explore the potential of our body while moving the spine and other joints in a variety of ways. Utilizing Matwork exercises, this class focuses on strengthening the core-the primary muscles that control our trunk. While incorporating detailed and precise movement patterning along side flowing sequences, we build strength, control, mobility and better movement patterns for the whole body, allowing for more stability of the joints and better ease while moving through daily life activities. Exercise variations and options are given to allow participants of all fitness levels, however, if you are dealing with an injury or have an ability that may need individual modifications, please contact me to discuss in advance.
