Service Description
Through attention to the basic principles of Breath, Pelvic Placement, Ribcage Placement, Scapular Movement and Stabilization, Head and Neck Placement, as well as Hip-Knee-Ankle-Foot Alignment, this class focuses on strengthening the core-the primary muscles which stabilize our trunk. Utilizing Matwork exercises, this class incorporates detailed and precise movement patterning with fluidly flowing sequences to build strength, control, mobility and better movement patterns bringing more stability to the joints and allowing the student to move through daily life activities with better ease. Modifications are given to allow participants of all fitness levels. If you are dealing with an injury or have a unique ability, please contact me to determine if this class will be a good fit for you. $20 per class WA state sales tax will be added to all in-person classes
